that I am well acquainted with the handwriting of such Notary and verily
believe the signature to this Certificate is Genuine and that said
instrument is executed and acknowledged according to the laws of the

   This Indenture made and entered into this the 29th day of June
AD 1886 between James Doig and Francis W. Doig his wife parties of the first
part and Elizabeth A. King party of the second part Witnesses that
the parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of two
hundred and fifty dollars to them paid have granted bargained & sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey to the party of
the second part her heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of
land situated in the town of Gainesville in Alachua County State of 
Florida and known and described as follows
