North to South adjoining the above piece of Ground on the
West according to the plan of Gainesville together all the estate Right
title interest and property Claim and demand whatsoever of the said
C.A. Ramsey and Roxey his wife in Law Equity or otherwise however of
into or out of the same to have and to hold the said lot piece or
parcel of Ground and every part and parcel thereof with their
appurtenances unto the said S.F. Harvard his heirs and assigns
forever and unto their only proper use behoof of him the said S.F.
Harvard his heirs assigns forever and the said C.A. Ramsey for
himself his heirs executor and for and on behalf of the said Roxey his wife
and her heirs and assigns by these presents in manner and for following
to it that he the said C.A. Ramsey and his heirs the said Lot piece or
parcel of Land and premises hereby granted or intended so to be with
appurtenances unto the said S.F. Harvard his heirs and assigns against himself
the said C.A. Ramsey his heirs & Roxey his wife and against all and every
person or persons whatever will warrant and forever defend these presence
in witness Whereof the said C.A. Ramsey and Roxey his wife have hereunto
