   County of Limestone }  Know all men by these Presents that I J.A.L. Ingram
the wife of T. Ingram of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten dollars to me in hand paid by Mrs. M.L. Oliver of Alachua
County State of Florida do hereby and herein relinquish release and renounce
unto the said Mrs. M.L. Oliver all my right and claim of dower in and to the
following described real estate situated in the County of Alachua State of Florida
and in the City of Gainesville Viz:  According to the original maps or plats
of said town as follows to wit Commencing at the South West Corner of
Block Three (3) Range (2) Two thence running North One Hundred and
Sixteen (116) Feet Thence East Sixty (60) feet thence South Six (6) feet thence
East Sixty (60) feet thence South One Hundred and Ten (110) feet thence
West one Hundred and Twenty (120) feet to the place of beginning. In
Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 14th day
of July A.D. 1886

County of Limestone }  I hereby certify that on this the 14th day of July
A.D. 1886 before me personally appeared J.A.L. Ingram to me well
known as the wife of T. Ingram who first being duly questioned
and examined by me separate and apart from her said husband
Says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said
deed for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing
all her right of dower in and to the lands in said deed
described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of dower
was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
