                          This Indenture made the Ninth day of December 
Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty Six, Between Samuel Durborow 
of the City of Philadelphia County of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylva
nia (unmarried) party of the first part, and Fred Adelbert Bisbee 1417
North Seventeenth Street of the City of Philadelphia County of Philadelphia
and State of Pennsylvania of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in Consideration
of the sum of Twenty Dollars lawful money of the United States of America 
to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part, The receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents does grant bar
gain sell alien remise release Convey and Confirm unto the said 
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever all 
those certain Lots Tracts or Parcels of land situate lying and being in 
Section 23 Township 10 South Range 15 East in the County of Al-
achua and State of Florida, and known and described on the 
Town plan of Bartram in Alachua County aforesaid (which said 
plan is duly recorded in the Public Records of the said County) as follows:
Lots number four and five in block number Forty Six fronting 
on Marigold Avenue: And lots number ten and Eleven in block 
number Forty Six fronting on Primrose Avenue, each lot have
ing a front of Eighty feet and a depth of one hundred feet
Together with all and Singular the Ways and waterways tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and 
remainders rents issues and profits thereof: And also, all the estate
right title interest property possession claim and demand whatso
ever as well in law as in equity of the said party of the first 
part of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances: To Have and to Hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with all the appurtenances unto the 
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his or
