                    State of Florida } Know all men by these presents
                    Alachua County   } that whereas I Sarah E. Dennis
Administratrix of the estate of Leonard G. Dennis deceased late of Alachua
County Florida in pursuance of an Order made by the Hon J.C. Gardner
County Judge of Alachua County Florida: did on the 10th day of August 1886
sell to James H. Vidal the property herein after described being property of
the estate of the said Leonard G. Dennis, for the sum of Two Hundred
Dollars; therefore I Sarah E. Dennis administratrix as aforesaid for
and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to me in hand
paid by the said James H. Vidal of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida the receipt of which I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
and sold and Conveyed and by these Presents do grant bargain sell and
Convey unto him the said James H. Vidal all that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida particularly Known and described as follows
to wit: Commencing one hundred Sixty Six one half- 166 1/2 feet from
the North West Corner of the lot purchased by the trustees of said M.E.
Church from Charles W. Brush, Executor of Nehemiah Brush Decdth
day of August 1886
