land premises and appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns from and against the claims
of all persons claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof by
from under or through him, And further that he the said party of
the first part and his heirs, shall and will at any and at all times
hereafter upon the request and at the cost of the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns make execute deliver and acknowl
edge all such other Deed or Deeds or other assurance in law for the
more certain and effectual conveyance of the said piece or parcel of
land and premises and appurtenances unto the said party of the 
second part her heirs or assigns as the said party of the second
part her heirs or assigns or her counsel learned in law shall advise
devise or require. In Testimoney whereof the said party of the first
part hath hereunto set his hand and seal on the day and year
first hereinbefore written.
