          The Grantors J.W. Carter and L.E. Carter of Alachua
County Florida in consideration of Two Hundred 50/100 Dollars paid
being seized in fee simple hereby Grant Bargain sell and convey
with the General Covenants of Warranty unto C.A. Wilson his
heirs and assigns forever to have and to hold in fee simple
the following described Real Estate in Alachua County Florida
to wit: Commencing two hundred feet East of the North West
corner of Section twenty five (25) Township Eleven S of Range
twenty one Running thence South to a branch thence Easterly
along said branch for enough to contain five acres thence
North parallel with the west line of said section to the
North line of said section thence West along the North line
to point of beginning and containing five acres, which
we our heirs our executors and administrators will
forever Warrant and defend hereby relinquishing all rights
of dower courtesy separate Estate Homestead and all rights
