the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly question
ed and examined by me separate and apart from her said hus
band says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said
deed of Conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing renouncing
and Conveying her dower and right of dower in and to the land in said
deed described and that said relinquishment renounciation and conveyance
of her Dower and right of Dower was done and made by her freely and vol
untarily and without any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband                                  her

 Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that I, Fernando
A. Underwood heir at law of Winfield Scott Underwood and
Ottie Underwood my children late of the aforesaid County and State
deceased for and in consideration of the natural love and affection
I have for and bear toward my daughters Ruby Underwood and Ethel
Underwood and the further consideration of one Dollar to me in
hand paid by Anna D. Underwood and John L. Underwood trustees
for the said Ruby and Ethel Underwood minors the receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge have bargain and Conveyed and by these
presents do bargain and Convey unto the said Anna D. Underwood
and John L. Underwood trustees as aforesaid for Ruby Underwood
all that lot parcel or tract of land known and described by the
United States Survey as the North west quarter of the North
East quarter (NW4 of NE4) of Section one in Township Eight South
of Range Seventeen East, and the Northeast (NE 1/4) of the North
East quarter NE4 of Section One in Township Eight South of
Range Eighteen East, containing Eighty Acres more or less
