And to the said Anna D. Underwood and John L. Underwood in trust
for the said Ethel Underwood the following piece or parcel of land to wit
The Northwest NW4 quarter of the Southeast SE4 quarter of Section thirty
Six (36) in Township Seven South of Range Seventeen East containing Forty
acres more or less. Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining To
have and to hold unto the said Anna D. Underwood and John L. Underwood
in trust for and during the minority of the said Ruby and Ethel Underwood
and thereafter to the said Ruby and Ethel Underwood their heirs Executors
or assigns in fee simple absolute forever. In witness whereof, I have here
unto Set my hand and affixed my seal this the 20th day of January AD 1887
