Alachua County   }  before me personally appeared Mrs Annie S. Camp wife
of Benjamin F. Camp the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said hus
band says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of Con
veyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all her right of
dower in and to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and
without any Compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

Farmer & Runnells }
State of Florida } This contract and agreement made and entered
Alachua County   } into on this 1st day of January AD 1887
by and between Burt C. Drake of the first part and Oliver J. Farmer
and Harry G. Runnells as partners and associates in the news
paper business parties of the second part. Witnesseth, that the
said B.C. Drake hereby leases and rents to the said Farmer and Run-
nells all of the Printing Presses composing Stones, Type of all sorts
and sizes, Racks and cases Paper cutter, Roller and all of their
appliances attachments machinery and appurtenances and materials
of all Kinds and one Job Printing press with all of its Type attach
ments appurtenances and appliances now situated and being in
the Town of Gainesville in Alachua County Florida and formerly used
in the Offices in said Town of Gainesville of the Newspapers called
"The Gainesville Sun," and the "Gainesville News" for, the full term
of Three (3) years commencing on the 1st day of January AD 1887
at and for the rental price of Fifteen ($1500) Dollars per month
to be paid by the said Farmer and Runnells promptly
