of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars to her in hand paid by Ida E. Burnett of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold conveyed and quit claimed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell convey and quit claim unto her the said Ida E. Burnett
all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit: The North West Quarter of the North East Quarter also
the East half of the North West Quarter and the South West Quarter of the
North East Quarter and the North East Quarter of the North East Quarter
and the North half of the South West Quarter of Section Twenty one (21)
Township Ten Range Twenty Two (22) S & E, Containing by estimation Two
hundred and Eighty acres of land more or less. Together with all and singu
lar the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the same unto her
the said Ida E. Burnett and to her heirs Executors administrators and
assigns forever all and every my right title interest claim and demand of
every character whatsoever which I have in and to the said property
and every part and parcel thereof.  In Witness whereof I have hereunto
