Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of Three Thousand Six hundred dollars
to us in hand paid by Charles O. Hampton as trustee of
Holy Trinity Church of Gainesville Florida the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have bargained Sold aliened and
conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain sell alien and
convey unto Charles O. Hampton as Trustee of and for Holy
Trinity Church" et al those certain tracts or parcels of land lying
and being in Section Twenty Eight (28) Township nine (9) South
of Range Nineteen in Alachua County Florida and more
particularly described on Map or plat of said tract on record
in Clerk Office of Alachua County Florida by lots as
follows viz, Lots numbers one (1) Three (3) four (4) five (5) Six (6)
Seven (7) Eight (8) nine (9) ten (10) Eleven (11) twelve (12) fourteen (14) Sixteen
(16) nineteen (19) twenty (20) twenty one (21) twenty two (22) twenty three
(23) twenty four (24) twenty five (25) twenty Six (26) twenty eight (28) Twenty nine
(29) thirty (30) thirty Six (36) thirty seven (37) thirty Eight (38) thirty nine (39)
forty (40) forty one (41) forty two (42) forty three (43) fifty five (55) fifty
six (56) fifty Seven (57) and Sixty four (64) containing three hundred
& Sixty acres of land more or less, Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong
ing or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the same
unto the said Charles O. Hampton as trustee for Holy Trinity Church
and his Successors forever in fee Simple, herein and hereby confer
ing upon said Trustee & his Successors full power to mortgage bar
gain sell & convey the same or any part thereof as trustee as a-
foresaid without the aid Sanction, or intervention of any Court of
law or Equity, The Said trustee Shall have like authority receive
the purchase money on Sales: and unto issues and profits
and to do such acts and things as he may deem to the
best interest of the cestui que trust. And we the said Ida
E. Burnett & Samuel J. Burnett do covenant with the said
Charles O. Hampton, Trustee that we are lawfully Seized in
fee of the premises and have good & lawful right to sell and
convey the same: that the same is free from all incumbrances
of any Kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs Exec
utors & administrators will forever warrant and defend the
Same unto the said Charles O. Hampton, As trustee & his assigns
& Successors forever against the lawful claims and demands
of all persons whomsoever claiming or hereafter to claim
the same. In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals on this 5th day of February AD 1887
