            This Indenture made this Eighteenth day of February AD one
thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Six between Charles W. Brush
and Julia A. VanNess the only surviving heirs at law and devisees of
Nehemiah Brush deceased parties of the first part and James F. Edgar at
present of Alachua County State of Florida party of the second part.
Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of ($250.00) Two Hundred
and fifty dollars paid by the said party of the second to the said
parties of the first part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the said parties of the first part do hereby sell assign transfer and
set over unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns all that certain piece or parcel of land situate and lying in
Alachua County and State of Florida and described as follows that is to
say Beginning for the same on the North line of fractional Section
one (1) Township nine (9) Range Twenty (20) at a point (9) chains
and Ninety seven (97) links westerly from the North East corner of
said fractional Section and running thence Southerly parallel to
the East line of said fractional section Twenty (20) chains and
four (4) links thence westerly and parallel to the North line of said
fractional section or nearly so nine (9) chains and ninety nine
(99) links thence northerly parallel to the first line Twenty (20) chains
to the North line of said fractional section and thence Easterly along
said North line nine (9) chains and ninety nine (99) links to
the place of beginning containing twenty (20) acres of land be the
same more or less Reserving however a strip of land twenty five (25)
feet wide along the East and South sides of said land for public
