all the right title interest claim and demand whatsoever I
may have acquired in through or by a certain indenture or
Mortgage deed bearing date the Ninth day of March AD
1886, and recorded in the Recorders office of Alachua
County Florida April 15th AD 1886 in Mortgage Book No
9 at pages 474 475 and 476 to the premises therein
described and which said deed was made to secure
a certain promissory note, bearing even date with
said deed for the Sum of one hundred Dollars

of Philadelphia County of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania 
unmarried of the first part and Mrs Mary H. Oakley 163 Syth Avenue
of the City of Brooklyn County of Kings and State of New York
party of the Second part. Witnesseth, That the said party of the 
first part, for and in Consideration of the sum of Seventy eight
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to him in hand 
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged hath granted bargained sold aliened remised released 
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain 
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said party 
of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever all
