Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That We Z.T. Taylor Sr and Mary S. Taylor his wife
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Seventy five
Dollars to me in hand paid by Phillip Miller
at the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto unto him the said Phillip Miller
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows, to wit:
as lot (or subdivision) number five (5) in lot number three (3) of the north
west quarter of Section Five (5) in Township ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20)
East, The said lot (or subdivision) number five (5) hereby conveyed being one
hundred and fifty seven and half (157 1/2) feeet square and containing five
Eighths (5/8) of an acre more or less and being the same lot (or subdivision)
conveyed to me by Mrs. Martha D. Jackson in a Deed bearing date September
the Twenty Third (23) Eighteen Hundred and Seventy eight 1878. And is bounded
on the North by (lot or subdivision) number four (4) on the East by lot (or
subdivision) number six (6) on the south by lot (or subdivision) number 12
twelve, and on the west by a street, The boundary lots are all subdivisions
of lot number three (3) of the north west quarter of Section number three
(3) Township number ten (10) south of Range Twenty (20) East
containing by estimation five Eighths 5/8 acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said Phillip Miller
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And we the said Z.T. Taylor Sr Mary S. Taylor
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Phillip Miller
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumberances of any kind whatsoever, and that we
will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
Phillip Miller
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

Alachua County } I Hereby Certify that on the 29th day of January AD 1887
me personally appeared Mrs Mary S. Taylor
wife of Z.T. Taylor Sr. the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly qusetioned and examined by me, separate
and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose
of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said deed described, and that the said
Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
