life, not amounting not amounting to the full
and complete sum of six thousand dollars after
deducting all costs and expenses of collecting the
same, devised to my said Neice as above then in said
Event I do hereby give, devise, and bequeath to my
said Niece Clara A. Moulton the entire sum received
in full payment, settlement and discharge of said
of said policy, on my life, To Have and to Hold the
said sum so received to her, the said Clara A. Moul
ton her heirs administrators and assigns forever
In the Event however of the Entire amount so received
in full payment settlement and discharge, of the said
policy on my life should not amount to the full and
complete sum of three thousand dollars after deduc
ting all costs and expenses of collecting the same
then in said Event I do hereby give devise and bequeath
to my said Niece Clara A. Moulton such amount or
sum of money to be paid from any of the property 
real personal or mixed hence after devised to my
wife as residuary legatee as shall amount together
with the net amount (if any) received from the said
Policy on my life to the full and complete sum of
three thousand dollars. To Have and to hold the
same to her the said Clara A. Moulton, her heirs
administrators and assigns forever.
Fourth all the rest residue and remainder, of my
estate real personal or mixed (after the payment
of my just debts funeral expenses and forego-
ing legacies and bequests) I may die possessed 
of or entitled to of any description, or where-
ever situated, I do hereby give, devise and bequeath
all of the same to my dear wife Mary A. Rumery
To Have and to Hold the same to her the said Mary
A. Rumery her heirs administrators and assigns
forever Provided, however, she waives her dower
and all other claims of whatever nature she would
have against my Estate if I died Intestate
Fifth I do hereby nominate ordain and appoint
My dear Wife the said Mary A. Rumery to be the
Sole Executrix of this my last will and testament
and I do hereby request and direct that she be ex-
empt from furnishing a surety or securities
on her official bond as said Executrix. In
Witness whereof I the said William M. Rumery
