publish this to be my last will and Testament in

Be it also Remebered - That whereas I Wil-
liam M. Rumery of Newton in the County of
Middlesex, and Commonwealth of Massachu
setts, having made my last will and testa-
ment bearing date the third day of February
AD Eighteen hundred and Eighty six do now
make this codicil to be taken as a part of
the same That is to say
First I do hereby ratify and confirm my said
will in every respect except so far as any part
of it is inconsistent with this my codicil there
by
Second Whereas since the making of my
said Will I have given to Clara A. Moulton
my Neice herein named wife of William
Moulton then and now of North Hampton in the
County of Rockingham and State of New Ham
-shire certain real Estate I do hereby revoke the
legacy of six thousand dollars as contained
in the third clause of my said will and do
hereby in lieu of the said sum of six thousand
dollars substitute in the place thereof the
sum of three thousand dollars said sum
of three thousand dollars to be paid from the
same source or fund and subject to all
the provissions, and conditions in Every
respect in said third clause of my Will
