    contained To Have and to Hold the said sum of
    three thousand dollars to her the said Clara A. Moulton
    her heirs, administrators and assigns forever.
    Lastly It is my will desire and direction that this my
    present codicil be annexed to and made a part of
    my last will and testament aforesaid
    In witness whereof I the said William M. Rumery
    testator have hereunto set my hand and seal and
    publish and declare this to be a codicil to my last
    will and testament in presence of the witnesses
    named below this fourth day of October in the year
    of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Eighty seven

           At a Probate Court holden at Lowell in and for
    said County of Middlesex on the nineteenth day of March
    in the year of our Lord one thousand and Eighty-
    nine
       On the Petition of Mary A. Rumerly of Newton
    in the County of Middlesex praying that the instru-
    ments herewith presented purporting to be the
    last Will and testament and codicil thereof of
    William M. Rumerly late of Newton in said County Middlesex
    deceased May be proved and allowed and letters Testamen
    tary issued to he the Executrix named therein and that
    she may be Exempted from giving a security or securities on
    her bond pursuant to said will and statute, And the
    heirs at law next of kin and all other persons interested
    having been duly notified according to the order of
    the Court to appear and there cause if any they have
    against the same. An no party thereto objecting
    thereto and it appearing that instruments are the
    last Will and testament of said deceased and    
    were legally Executed and that the said testator was
