  To the Honorable J.C. Gardner County Judge in and
for said County
              We the undersigned petitioners respectfully
Showeth that William Bradley, deceased late of said
County departed this life on the 8" day of April 1891
leaving a last Will and Testament which is herewith
presented in which they the said are named as
Executors Your petitioner would therefore pray your
honor that said Will may be allowed and admitted
to proof and your petitioners will ever pray &c

                 Upon reading and considering the
foregoing petition and upon an examination had
of the paper writing here exhibited It is ordered that
the same be and it hereby allowed as the last Will
and Testament of William Bradley decd and ad-
mitted to proof
