                        I William Bradley of the County
     of Alachua and State of Florida being of sound and
     disposing mind, and in the view of approaching death
     and of my accountability to Almighty God, do
     make and publish this as my last will and testament
Item     I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses
     and doctors bills shall be paid out of the proceeds
     of my Estate
   Second    Unto my friend Elias Griffin I give and be-
     queath eighty acres of my land, situated in Alachua
     County and State of Florida =to wit= the south half
     of the south-east quarter of section twenty-three in
     Township nine (9) south of Range fourteen On condition
     however that the said Elias Griffin shall take care
     of and maintain me with food, clothing and proper
     nursing for my comfort and welfare during the re-
     mainder of my natural life
 Third     Unto my friends C.W. Sykes, James A. Brock Will-
     -iam A Bryant Elias K. Roberts Streetor Jones and
     James Jones who have kindly contributed to my
     support and comfort, I give and bequeath the re-
     mainder of my said land -to wit- the south east
     quarter of the southwest quarter of section (23) twenty
     three in township (9) nine south of range (14) fourteen
     east, to be divided between them in the following
     proportions -to wit one half to C.W. Sykes one fifth
     toJames A. Brock one fifth to Streetor Jones and one
     fifth to James Jones, and one tenth to William A.
     Bryant and one tenth to Elias K. Roberts which
     said land may be sold by my Executors and the
     proceeds thereof divided as above set forth or at
     the option of the above mentioned parties (viz) C.W.
     Sykes James A. Brock Wm A. Bryant Elias K. Roberts
     Streetor Jones and James Jones, either one or more
     of these said parties may purchase the interest of
     any or all of the other parties therein mentioned
     at the appraisal value of the said land, said apprais-
     -memt to be made by three disinterested land holders
     of said County and State
