Alachua County } Before me J.C. Gardner
County Judge of said County personally
appeared C.W. Sykes and Wm A. Bryant who being by
me first duly sworn say that William Bradley late
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida died on
the 8" day of April AD 1891 leaving a last Will and
Testament and that they the said deponents are named
therein as Executors thereof That they will faithfully
discharge the duties of Executors aforesaid well and
truly perform the said Last Will and Testament pay the
just debts in which the said William Bradley stood
bound as far as the assets will extend and the law
direct, render to and file in the County Court of said County
of Alachua a just true and perfect inventory and account
of all and singular the Estate of said William Bradley
deceased and of their administration thereof when
