Tom Knight (a son now dead) Mary Cook - nee
Knight, a daughter Sarah Leonard- nee Knight a
daughter, and Frances Connelly- nee Knight a daughter
and that to the best of knowledge and belief the said
James Knight died without a Will and the said A.
U. Hilleary Sheriff farther swears that he will well and
truly administer according to law all and singular
the goods, chattels, rights and credits of the said James
Knight deceased, pay the debts on which the said de-
cedent stood bound so far as the assets will extend
and the law direct and make a just true and
perfect inventory and account of the goods, chattels,
rights and credits and of his administration thereof

credits within the County aforesaid, by means whereof
the full disposition and power of granting the admin-
-istration of all and singular the goods, chattels and
credits of the said deceased and also a final dismis-
sion from the same to the County Judge aforesaid
does of right belong:
        Now, know, ye, that I Z.T. Taylor County
Judge for the County aforesaid desiring that the goods
chattels and credits of the said deceased may be well
and truly administered, and legally disposed of do
hereby grant unto A.U. Hilleary Sheriff Ex Officio
administrator full power and authority to administer
the goods chattels and credits of the deceased which
to him in his lifetime and at the time of his
