Upon reading and considering the foregoing petition
it is hereby ordered that Horatio Davis be and he is
hereby appointed Commissioner to sell said land at
private sale and turn over the proceeds thereof to said
A.U. Hilleary to be applied to payment of debts due by
said Estate--Dec 18" 1894

The undersigned who was appointed a Commissioner to
sell certain land belonging to the Estate of James
Knight deceased by an order entered by your honor
on the 18" day of December AD 1894, has the honor
to report that he has sold said land to W.N. Camp
at the price of $40000. That the said Camp has paid
the sum of One hundred Dollars (10000) and is to
pay the ballance in a few days The title to said land
not to be made to him 'till said land is fully paid
for by him
That the undersigned has retained six dollars of
said one hundred Dollars and has paid the ballance
of Ninety four dollars to A.U. Hilleary of
said County and as such the Administrator of the
Estate of said James Knight deceased- and the Rest
of the said Admi'r for said Amount is herewith
filed--- Respectfully submitted this 7" day of

-ing to the Court that the Commissioner has acted for
the best interest of the Estate- It is hereby ordered
that the sale of the said land be and is hereby Con-
-firmed and the Commissioner is hereby directed to
make good and valid titles to the property to the
said purchasser upon his paying the ballance of
the purchase money Witness my hand and seal
