personally came H.M. Tillis who being duly sworn
says that James Knight late of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida died on the ___ day of ___ AD 1890
leaving heirs and legal representatives surviving-to-wit
Some children of John Knight (a son now dead) number
unknown -  4 or 5 children of Tom Knight (a son now dead)
Mary Cook- nee Knight (a daughter} Sarah Leonard -nee-
Knight (a daughter} and Frances Connerly - nee Knight
(a daughter And that to the best of his knowledge and
belief the said James Knight died without a will
                      Sheriff
And the said H.M. Tillis^further swears that he will
well and truly administer according to law all and
singular the goods, chattels, rights and credits of the said
James Knight deceased stood bound so far as the assets will
extend and the law direct and make a just, true
and perfect inventory and account of the said goods
chattels rights and credits and of his administration
