              Estate of W.C. Plyley
Petition
In the matter of the Estate of W.C. Plyley deceased
                 To the Hon H.G. Mason County
Judge of Alachua County Florida -
                               Your petitioner A.S.
Hutchinson would respectfully show unto your honor
that W.C. Plyley deceased late of Alachua County
Florida departed this life on October 5" 1894 in said
County, that there is both real and personal property be-
longing to said Estate, that there are debts due by said
Plyley in his lifetime to S.H. Hutchinson the wife of
your petitioner, and to others, that said Plyley has been
deceased more than sixty days, that said deceased left
relatives but that no one has applied for letters of
Administration on said Estate
     Your petitioner would therefore pray that H.M.
Tillis Sheriff of Alachua County be appointed Ex
Officio Administrator of the Estate of said W.C.
Plyley deceased
                               A.S. Hutchinson
Order
     Upon reading and considering the foregoing
petition and being advised of the premises it is
ordered that H.M. Tillis Sheriff be and he is hereby
appointed Ex Officio administrator of the Estate of the
said W.C. Plyley deceased
      Done and ordered this 5" day of Feb AD 1895

Alachua County   }       County
                   To all whom these presents shall
come - Greeting -
                 Whereas W.C. Plyley deceased late of
this County died intestate having while he lived and
at the time of his death divers goods, chattels and
credits within the County aforesaid by means whereof
the full disposition and power of granting the Admin-
-istration of all and singular the goods, chattels and
credits of the said deceased and also a final dis-
-mission from the same to the County Judge aforesaid
does of right belong -
                 Now Know Ye, That I, H.G. Mason
