               In the County Judges Court of Alachua County
                 In re of the sale of land belonging to the Estate of James Knight Dec'd
               The undersigned who was appointed a Commissioner to sell said land has
               the Honor to report, that since his last report he has collected of the purchasers
               money due on said land to wit $30000 and after retaining the
               amount of his fee amounting to $600 he has paid the ballance to H.M.
               Tillis Sheriff and as such Admr &c of the Estate of James Knight dec'd
               and files his reciept therefor as a part of this Report Your Com-
               missioner has also executed and delivered a deed to the purchaser a
               deed to said land   (Receipt)
                         Recd of Horatio Davis Commissioner in the matter of
               the Estate of James Knight Two hundred and ninety five Dollars
               amount ordered paid under order of County Judge of Alachua Co.
