         To the Honorable J.C. Gardner, County Judge in and for
         said County of Alachua
Petition            Your petitioner respectfully showeth
         unto your honor that Josiah M. Croxton, deceased, late
         of said County departed this life on the 23rd day of
         March AD 1891 leaving a last will and testament
         in which John T. Miller, George W. Means and your
         petitioner were nominated as Executors of said Will
                Your petitioner herewith presents a paper writing
         as the last will and testament of said deceased
         and prays that the same may be allowed and pro-
         bated as the last will and Testament of said de-
         -ceased and that letters Testamentary do issue to him
         as Executor of said will and your petitioner will
         ever pray &C           James Croxton

                          Upon reading and considering the
         foregoing petition and upon an examination had
         of the said Will It is ordered that the same be
         and is hereby allowed and admitted to probate

         Whereas the last will and Testament has been proven
         by S.L. Turner one of the subscribing witnesses to the
         same--. It is therefore ordered and adjudged that

         Deceased
