   the County Court of said County of Alachua a just
   true and perfect inventory and account of all and
   singular the estate of said J.M. Croxton declared and
   of his Administration thereof when thereunto required

                   County State of Florida
      To all to whom these presents shall come- Greeting
           Whereas Josiah M. Croxton late of the County
   aforesaid died on the 23rd day of March AD 1891
           last
   leaving a^will and Testament which having been 
   satisfactorily proven was on the 8th day of July AD
   1891 duly admitted to probate and record in this
   Court. And as by said last Will and Testament app
   ears that James Croxton was left as one of the Ex-
   ecutors of said Will having prayed the Court to
   grant Letters Testamentary thereon to him as such Ex
   ecutor and having in due form of law taken the
   prescribed oath and performed all other acts necessary
   to his legal qualification as such Executor
        Now Therefore know Ye that I J.C. Gardner
   County Judge in and for the County aforesaid by
   virtue of the power and authority by law in me
   vested do hereby declare the said James Croxton duly
   qualified by the laws of said State to act as Executor
   of said Estate Will and Testament with full power by these
   provissions of law and by virtue of these presents to
   administer all and singular the goods chattels rights
                             M. 
   and credits of said Josiah^Croxton and to ask demand
   sue for, recover and recieve the same to pay the debts
   in which the said J.M. Croxton stood bound, so far as
   the assets shall extend and the law direct and duly en-
   titled to have and hold for the purpose directed in and
   by the said last Will and Testament all the Estate of
   said J.M. Croxton during the legal continuance of his
   administration until the same shall expire by virtue
   of the provissions of said last Will and Testament or un-
   til the power and authority hereby granted shall be duly
