and the said Executors having appeared on the return
day of said Citation in person and by B.R. Champion
their Attorney and said Joanna Hoyt and Mary A. Hoyt
having appeared by Hon J.J. Beattie and said Caroline
P. Smith by Hon D.F. Gedney and no other parties or
persons having appeared herein: and the said Executors
having rendered their Account under oath before the Sur-
rogate, and the said account having been filed together
with the Vouchers in Support thereof and no objections having
been made thereto except as hereinafter stated the Said
Surrogate after having examined the said account and
vouchers now here finds the state and condition of the said
account to be as stated and set forth in the following
Summary Statement thereof made by said Surrogate as
finally settled and adjusted by him, to be recorded with
and taken to be a part of the Decree in this matter to wit.
