Will Fifth. I hereby nominate Constitute, and appoint
my son Lemuel Jones executor of this my last Will
and testament.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my
name, and affixed my seal this Seventeenth
day of January in the year of Our Lord,
One thousand nine hundred, and Six.

Signed, Sealed published and declared by the said
Testator Green B. Jones, and as for his last will
and testament in the presence of us who at his
request and in his presence, and in the presence
of each other have hereunto Subscribed, our
names as witnesses

before me a Justice of the Pease, in and for
the County of Alachua, State of Florida,

Estate of Green B. Jones decd} Personally appeared
before me H.G. Mason County Judge for the County
aforesaid S.M. Blitch one of the subscribing witnesses to the
foregoing paper writing who being duly sworn, declares
and say that Green B. Jones did in his presence sign Seal
and publish the foregoing paper writing and for
his Last Will, and Testament; and that he the said
Witness signed the same as a subscribing Witness at
the special request of said testator; and
that the the said testator signed said paper
writing in the presence of George C. Levy, and
