The petition of Sarah Waters respectfully Showeth
that She is a resident of Alachua County State
of Florida; that on the 20th day of March A.D. 1910
Ann Span of said Alachua County State of Florida
departed this life at her home leaving a Last Will
and testament duly signed, and attested as your petitioner
believes which he now presents to your Honor for Probate
property and effects as follows: Real and personal
The said deceased left her surviving your petitioner his
only heirs at law; that your petitioner resides at
Gainesville, and She will accept, and undertake the
administration of said estate.    
Thereupon your petitioner prays that the said Will
Maybe admitted to probate and Letters of Administra-
tion with the Will annexed therein may be issued to
her after proper hearing and proof, and that all other
orders necessary may be made.     her
