Will                           Gainesville Fla March, 15th1909
         I Ann Span the mother of Sarah Waters of
         the City of Gainesville Florida declare this to be
       my Last Will and Testament, I give and bequeath to
       my baby daughter Sarah Waters all of the fixtures
       All the household, furniture, good chattells, and Land
       every thing I owned, All funeral expenses, and Charches
       settled and paid by said daughter Sarah Waters.
       This the 15th day of March in the year of our Lord 1909

       Subscribed by the testatrix in the presence of Each of
       us and at the same time declared by her to us as her
       last will and testament.
       Witness by our hand this 15th day of March AD 1909

Will.  In Court of the County Judge,
          - State of Florida -
       Estate of Ann Spand }       Alachua Co
       Personally appeared before me H.G. Mason County Judge
       for the County aforesaid Harrison Lynch, one of the
       Subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing paper writing who being
       duly Sworn declares, and says, Ann Spand, did in his presence
       sign sign seal and publish, the foregoing paper writing, as and for
       his Last Will and Testament: and that he the said Witness, signed the
       Same as subscribing witness, at the Special request of said testator:
       and that the said testator signed said paper writing in the presence of
       Isaac Waters Stephen Gregg, and this affiant who likewise signed said
       paper Writing as Subscribing witnesses, in the presence, and at the
       request of the testator, and also in the presence of this affiant and that he
       Verily believes said paper writing to be the Last Will and Testament of said Testator
       Sworn to and subscribed before me                     his
