        Ann Spand  }               Alachua County
               Before me H.G. Mason County Judge in and
        for said County personally appeared Sarah Waters who
        being duly sworn, says that Ann Spand, late of the
        County aforesaid, decd on the 20th day of March 1910
        and that to the best of her knowledge and belief the said
        Ann Spand died leaving a will, and the said Sarah
        Waters futher swears_that- she will well and truly
        administer, according to law, all and singular the goods, chattells
        rights and credits of said Ann Spand, deceased: pay
        the debts in which the said decedent stood bound, so
        so far as assets will extend, and the law direct, and make a
        Just, and true and perfect inventory, and account of said
        goods, Chattells, rights and credits, and of her administra-
        tion there of when thereunto required       her
