Ann Spand }
By the County Judge of said Court;
The Last Will and Testament having been duly
established by the sworn testamony of Harrison
Lynch subscribing and attesting witness there to,
as being the true Last Will and Testament of the said
Ann Spand and no objection to probate thereof:
And it appearing to the County Judge of said
County by due proof that the said Ann Spand
died on the 20th day of March A.D. 1910
It is there-fore ordered, Adjudged and decreed,
that the said Last Will and Testament, bearing date
March 15th A.D. 1909 and attested by H. Lynch,
Isaac Waters, and Stephen Gregg as subscribing witnesses
there to be, and the same is hereby addmitted to probate
according to law, as and for the true Last Will and Testament
of said Ann Spand deceased, and that the same with
proof, there of, be duly recorded in the Book of Wills.
Given under my hand and seal at Gainesville, Fla,
