Will   benificiary, aforenamed Shall have attained the
       age of Twenty one years to manage, and improve,
       the estate and fortune of him, and them my Said
       Grand Neices - and Grand Nephew by me hereby given
       him, and them for their use and benefit, and to lease all
       or any part of their freehold, or leaseholder estates, and
       to tend and place out upon security or securities
       at interest, or otherwise improve or cultivate accor
       ding to his discretion, all or any part of the money
       Arises from the said estate of the said Children and
       to pay unto, and account with them, the said beficiaries
       aforenamed for all such rents interests, produce-
       estate, money and fortunes hereby given, and devise
       to them the youngest beneficiary shall attain the age
       of twenty one years.
       In witness whereof, I do hereunto subscribed
       my name, and Seal the third day of November A.D.
