Will In the name of God, Amen. I, Estelle Avera being of
sound, and disposing mind and memory, but afflicted
and weak in body calling to mind the frailty and
uncertainty of human life and being desirous of
Settling my worldly affairs and directing how the
estate with which it has pleased God to bless me
Shall be disposed of after my decease while I
have strength, and Capacity So to do do make and
publish my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making null, and void all other Last Wills and
Testaments by me heretofore made; And first
I commend my immortal being to him who gave it
and my body to the earth to be buried, with little
expense or ostentation.
And as to my worldly estates, and all the property real
personal or mixed of which I shall die Seized and
possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time
of my death, desire bequeath, and dispose thereof
in the manner following to wit:
1st. I give devise and bequeath to My sister Mrs. Leslie Lang
my piano
2nd: I give devise and bequeath to my Sister Mrs. Mary Avera
my writing desk.
3rd. I give andevise and bequeath to my three Sons - William N.
Avera, Ray B. Avera and Jno B. Avera, all the rest and
residue of my property both real and personal Share and
Share alike to have and to hold, and own the same jointly
until my youngest son, Jno B. Avera Shall become of
age at which time but not previous thereto it may be
sold or divided.
4th. It is my will, and I hereby appoint my Sister
Mrs. Leslie Lang, to be guardian for my Son William N.
Avera with all the powers suc guardianship usual
ly carries except that none of his real estate
acquired by this will Shall be sold by such guardian,
