Will Mrs. May Avera, to be guardian for my Son Ray B.
Avera and John B. Avera with all powers such
Guardianship usually carries except that none of
their real estate acquired by this Shall be sold by
such guardian.
6th That in the event All my Sons Shall die without
issue then it is my will that all my property real
and personal of which I shall die seized and
posseded Shall to my three Sisters Mrs. Sallie P. Lang
Mrs. Leslie I. Lang and Mrs. Mary Avera Share and Share
alike.
In testimony whereof, I the said Estelle Avera have
this my Last Will and Testament subscribed my
Name, and affixed my Seal this 7th day of August

for the County aforesaid W.W. Avera one of the Sub-
Scribing Witnesses to the foregoing paper writing who being
duly sworn declares, and says that Estelle Avera did
in his presence sign seal and publish the foregoing paper
writing as, and for her Last Will and Testament, and
that he the said Witnesses signed the same as a subscri-
bing witness, at the Special request of said testa-
tor: and that the said testator signed said paper writing
as subscribing witnesses in the presence and at
