              The petition Lester Hall Lang and May Avera
              respectfully showeth that they are resident of Alachua
              County Florida; that on the 5th day of December A.D. 1909
              Estelle Avera of Gainesville in said Alachua County
              departed this life at her home leaving a last Will and
              testament duly signed, and attested as your petitioner be-
              lieves which they now present to your Honor for
              probate, that the said deceased left property, and effects
              as follows - Real and Personal property.
              That said deceased left surviving her three sons Viz William
              N. Avera Jno B. Avera, Ray B. Avera, her only heirs
              at law: that your petitioners resides at Gainesville Fla
              Wherefore your petitioners prays that the said Will may be ad-
              mitted to probate, after proper hearing and proof, and that
              all other orders necessary may be made.
