Probate        Estelle Avera   }            Alachua County

                  By the County Judge of Said County

                 The Last Will and Testament having been duly
               established by sworn testimony of W.W. Avera
               Subscribing and attesting witness thereto, as being
               the true Last Will and Testament of the said Estelle
               Avera, and no objection being made to the probate
               there of, and it appearing to the County Judge of
               Said County by due proof that the said Estelle Avera
               died on the 5th day of December 1909.
               It is therefore ordered and adjudged and decreed that
               the said last Will and Testament, bearing date Aug 7th A.D.
               1909, and attested by J.T. Robb and W.W. Avera as subscrib-
               ing Witnesses thereto be and the same is hereby admitted
               to probate, according to law as and for the true Last
               Will and Testament of said Estelle Avera deceased
               and that the same with the proof thereof be duly recorded
               in the Book of Wills:
                     Given under my hand and Seal at Gainesville in
                         Said County this 14" day of December A.D. 1909
