Petition for Probate
To the Honorable H.G. Mason, Judge of said Court.
The Petition of D.S. Days, respectfully showeth that he is a
resident of Alachua County, State of Florida, that on the first
day of April, A.D. 1910, Emma Pauline Williams of Gainesville
in said Alachua County departed this life at her home, leaving
a last Will and Testament, duly signed and attested as your
petitioner believes, which he now presents to your Honor for
Probate, that said Testator in said Will nominated your Pe-
titioner, D.S. Days, Executor thereof, that said deceased left
property and effects as follows, Real and personal property,
That said deceased her surviving one brother, Chas Williams
and one Niece, Emma Simmons, her only heirs at law,
That your Petitioner resides at Gainesville, and he is willing
to accept and undertake the trust confided to him in said Will.
Wherefore your Petitioner prays that said Will may be ad-
mitted to probate, and Letters Testamentary therein may be
issued to him after proper hearing and proof, and that all
orders necessary may be made. D.S. Days.
