        The said Emma P. Williams, of and at Gainesville, Florida,
        on this the thirtieth day of December nineteen hun-
        dred and nine, signed and sealed this instrument and
        published and declared the same as and for her Last Will
        in presence of us who, at her request, and in the presence
        of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

        Estate of Emma Pauline Williams
                            Personally appeared before me,
        H.G. Mason, County Judge, for the County aforesaid, George
        W. Perkins, one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing
        paper writing, who being duly sworn, declares and says
        that Emma Pauline Williams did, in his presence, sign,
        seal, and publish the foregoing paper writing, as and for
        her Last Will and Testament, and that he the said witness
        signed the same as a subscribing witness at the special request
        of said Testator, and that the said testator signed said paper-
        writing in the presence of John A. Lockette, Catharine C. Williams
        and this affiant, who likewise signed said paper writing as
        subscribing witnesses, in the presence and at the request of the
                                              this affiant
        testator and also in the presence of each oth and that
        he verily believes said paper-writing to be the true
        Last Will and Testament of said Testator.
