Margaret A. Whetstone            { Alachua County
                   To the Honorable H.G. Mason
                                 Judge of said Court.

  The Petition of Pearle R. Whetstone respectfully showeth that
she is a resident of Alachua County, State of Florida: that
on the 5" day of March, A.D. 1910, Margaret A. Whetstone
of Gainesville in said Alachua County, departed this life
at her home, leaving a Last Will and Testament, duly
signed and attested, as your Petitioner believes, which she
now presents to your Honor for Probate, that said testator
in said Will nominated J.D. Matheson, executor thereof,
and that said J.D. Matheson has filed refusal in
writing to accept said trust and qualify and act as such
Executor, That deceased left property and effects consist-
ing of Real and personal property.
  That said deceased left her surviving Pearl R. W******s,
alias Pearl R. Whetstone her only heir at law, That your
Petitioner resides at Gainesville and is Willing to Admin-
ister said estate and undertake the trust provided in said
Will.
  Wherefore your Petitioner prays that the said Will may
be admitted to Probate and Letters of Administration with
the Will annexed, therein may be issued to her, after
proper hearing and proof, and that all other orders nec-
essary may be made. ----- Pearl R. Whetstone
