                       Personally appeared before me
H.G. Mason, County Judge for the County aforesaid -
E.C. McMahan (and C.Y. Crawford) one of the sub-
subscribing witnesses to the foregoing paper writing, who
being duly sworn, declares and says that Margaret
A. Whetstone, did in his presence, sign, seal and publish
the said paper writing as and for her Last Will and
Testament and that he the said witness signed the
same as a subscribing witness at the special request
of said testator, and that the said testator signed the
same in the presence of C.Y. Crawford and this affiant
who likewise signed said paper writing as a sub-
scribing witness in the presence and at the request
of the testator and also in the presence of this affiant
And that he verily believes the said paper writing to
be the true Last Will and Testament of said Testator.
