  I, Mary A. Heredeen of this County
of Marion State of Florida being of
sound mind and disposing mind
and memory and considering the
uncertainty of this life, Do make
publish and declare this to be my
last Will and Testament as follows:
  First, I give, devise and bequeath to
my beloved benefactor Nealie C.
Waits of Orange Lake Florida, my
house and lot, situated in the
Town of Micanopy Florida, County
of Alachua, And all my House
hold goods and effects.
  And also all money I may have
in the First National Bank of
Gainesville Florida or elsewhere,
And last I hereby appoint Mrs
Nealie C. Waits to be my executrix
of my last Will and Testament to
have and to hold every thing that
I may owned and possess
