The People of the State of New York
   By The Grace of God and Independent
To all to whom these present shall come or may
concern Greeting:
Know Ye, That we, having examined the
records and files in the office of the Surrogate
of the County of Onondaga, New York, do find
there remaining, a certain last will and
testament of Harriet Marion Ludington late
of the town of Skaneateles, in said County,
deceased, and the certificate of probate thereof,
thereto duly annexed in the words and
figures following to-wit:
  Know all men by these Presents: -
That I, Harriet Marion Ludington, of
Skaneateles, NY do hereby make, publish and
declare my last will and Testament to be
as follows:-
First:- I give as a rememberance, to my
name sake Hattie Marion Cramer and God-
children, Henrietta Ely, Henry W. Yates Jr
Isabella Huse Crane and Helen Ashton Hayne,
each the sum of Twenty-five dollars.
And I give to St Paul Episcopal Church of
Key West, Florida the sum of fifty dollars-
Second:- I give to my cousin William H.
Whiting, the sum of one Thousand dollars
Third All the rest and residue of my
property and estate and every part, real and
personal including my real estate in
Skaneateles NY and in the City of Chicago Ill
or wheresoever situated, I give devise and
bequeath to my husband, Marshal I.
Ludington, absolutely and for ever he will
knowing my desire as to the disposition
of what-ever may remain of it at his death.
