Likewise I make nominate and appoint
my said husband Marshall I. Ludington
to be sole executor of this my last will
hereby giving him, as well as the admin-
istrator with the will annexed that may
be appointed in case of his death full power
and authority to sell, rent, and convey
any and all my real estate wheresoever
situated.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this the fifth day of
December AD 1907.
