            Be it remembered that the instrument
         hereto annexed, purporting to be the last will
         and testament of Harriet Marvin Ludington,
         late of the town of Skaneatetes in the County
         of Onondaga New York deceased has on this
         2nd day of May, 1910, upon due proof, being
         duly admitted to probate, by the Surrogate's
         Court of said County of Onondaga and by
         the Surrogates of said County, as the last
         will and testament of said Harriet Marvin
         Ludington deceased, and as a will valid to
         pass real and personal property.
               In Witness Whereof the Surrogate of the
         said County of Onondaga has hereunto  
         set his hand and affixed his seal of
         office at the city of Syracuse, in said
         County of Onondaga, New York this 2nd
         day of May, 1910.

         affixed.
