  The County of Alachua
       In the name of God. Amen,
           I, Mina D. Downing (widow)
of the county of Alachua and State of
Florida being of sound mind, memory
and understanding and desiring
during my life time to dispose of all
my worldly affairs and to make
an equal distribution of all my
estate both real and personal and
realizing the uncertainty of this trans-
itory life do make and publish this
my last Will and testament, in
manner following to-wit:
And first and principally I commit
my soul to God who gave it and
my body to be interred in the
Dell Grave Yard.
  And my will is and I so direct
that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be first paid out of
my estate.
It is my will and I do hereby give
advise and bequeath the residue of
my Estate both real and personal
unto my children Franklin B. Dell
and Mary Lee Traxler to be divided
equally between them share and
share alike.
I do hereby name and constitute, and
appoint J. Maxey Dell of Gainesville
Florida as the executor of this my last
will and testament and he is
hereby authorized to act as such
executor and preform all the duties
