Martha Rawls

  In the name of the Father and of the Son and
of the Holy Ghost - Amen.
  I, Martha Rawls of the County of Alachua
State of Florida do make this my last Will
and Testament
First - I give devise and bequeath unto
my dear grand-daughter Martha I. Rawls
all my personal property, consisting of
horses, mules, cows, farming utensils, House-
hold and Kitchen furniture, Jewelery and all
other personal property of whatever nature.
Second - I nominate and appoint
Leroy N. Pearce and Charles A. Williams
Executors of this my last Will, with
full power and authority to sell and convey
any part of my Estate and property, accord-
ing to their best judgement, at public
or private sale, and without the order
or intervention of any Court or Judge.
It is my further Will and desire that
my said Executors should not be re-
quired to give bond and that they
should not be required to make any
appraisement of my property nor to make
any account of the estate.
In Witness Whereof, I have signed, sealed
and published and declared this instru-
ment as my Will at Alachua in
Alachua County Florida on this the
