                  Will
          Personally appeared before me the
      (Testator) Florida Sanders, who in the
      presence of the undersign as witness
      gives to her mother Mollie Reddick
      and father in law Jesse Reddick the
      following property to-wit:
        Her baby boy named Edward Sanders
        One house and lot.
      The lot bears this description,
      Lot number Two (2) in Block "B" in
      W.R. Thomas subdivision of the west
      half 1/2 Block Five (5) in Brown subdivision
      to Gainesville.
        She further says that ___ if there be
      a purchase at anytime and a good
      consideration agreed upon her mother
      Mollie Reddick can sell the above
      property and the money thereof be
      deposited in a bank there to remain
      till the child shall have reached
      the age of twenty-one years old then
      the said money is to be turned over
      to the said child Edward Sanders
      but if there be not such a sale her
      mother and father-in-law Jesse Reddick
      to hold the said property in trust
      for the said child till he has reached
      the age of twenty one years old then
      the said property to be turned over to
      the child for him to keep or dispose
      of as he sees fit
